I began my pharmacy career in 2011 and spent over a decade working in retail pharmacy. During that time, I served as a Lead Pharmacy Technician, where I developed strong leadership, attention to detail, and patient care skills. 

In 2020, I took on a new opportunity as a Pharmacy Scheduler, managing pharmacist scheduling and payroll for Albertsons and Tom Thumb pharmacies throughout the Dallas Fort Worth division. I coordinated staffing, resolved scheduling conflicts, and maintained coverage across multiple pharmacy locations while supporting Division Pharmacy Managers. I also assisted with scheduling operations for the Austin, Houston, and Louisiana divisions when needed.

In 2025, I began my career in Information Technology as a Field Service Technician, supporting 12 retail locations by maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, point of sale systems, Bizerba scales, printers, and network infrastructure. I worked directly with store teams to resolve technical issues and keep business operations running efficiently. I was also selected to participate in Project Unity, traveling to other cities and divisions outside of Texas to assist with large scale technology refreshes and infrastructure upgrades.
